Zephaniah is a Director in the Local & Regional Government team at Microsoft, looking after the West Midlands and London Region for Microsoft UK. With over a decade in the Technology industry, he has a deep passion for inclusion and community and the role that technology and digital skills plays in democratising opportunity and transforming our communities, cities and country.
During his tenure at Microsoft, Zephaniah has served as the Business Manager for the CEO of Microsoft UK, led the UK Data business, and successfully delivered the marketing, partnerships, and sales strategy. He also led the commercial distribution business for Microsoft Surface hardware devices.
He is the Chair of the EMBRACE Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Microsoft UK, which focuses on ethnicity and culture.
Zephaniah sits on multiple advisory boards, including the ‘United by 2022’ board overseeing the legacy of the Commonwealth, the London Local Skills Plan (LSIP) on behalf of the DFE, and the Kubrick Data Advisory board, providing strategic guidance to an organization aiming to deploy 5,000 consultants in data, AI, and next-generation technologies.
Born and raised in London, Zephaniah is an alumnus of Aston University. He currently lives in the West Midlands with his wife and two young children.
