Tok has been working within the IT industry for nearly 20 years. His journey with Salesforce began in 2006 where he became a Salesforce administrator for a well known global tooling company. In 2012 he made the transition to consulting and has been working as a Salesforce functional consultant for Capgemini since then. He helps clients with their digital transformations by delivering and implementing Salesforce solutions. He now leads at team of 70 functional consultants in the UK. Tok is also very passionate about diversity and inclusion. He is the chair of Capgemini UK’s Race & Equality Network where he leads on initiatives and works with a committee to produce a variety of content that promotes a more inclusive workplace. In 2023 he made it on the Empower Top 100 Role Model List, as well as the Global Diversity List. He was also nominated for Inspirational Role Model at the European Diversity Awards. Most recently he has been nominated for Ally of the Year at the Black Tech Achievement Awards.
