Paul has a broad and extensive range of business skills and knowledge including organisational, strategic, managerial, motivational and financial experience.

Paul started business life in waste management and recycling where he sold his first business in 1989 and after starting another waste business in 1992 which, he sold for an 8-figure sum in 2000.

In 2008 Paul became involved in the world’s first disposable nappy recycling plant and was recognised as an expert on this worldwide issue.

In 2015 Paul became a Director of Gymshark, assisting with building the foundations of the business and long-term strategic goals taking the business from £4.5m to £450m with a valuation of £1.25b.

In 2021 after leaving Gymshark, Paul diversified his portfolio and invested Hera Clothing an online streetwear brand, Energym, an innovative company that produces power from the use of gym equipment, and Arxall, a cyber security company with a difference. This was the beginning of a new chapter in his entrepreneurial journey.

Paul has built, acquired and disposed of a multitude of companies in his career and also served as Non-Executive Director of Birmingham City Football Club Plc, helping the club to achieve premiership status in his first year.

Paul lives on a 230-acre farm in Stratford upon Avon and has over 400 acres of forestry land in the UK as well as a portfolio of residential property.

He has two daughters who are 34 and 29 years old who run Hera Clothing.

Paul is an avid gym junkie and has competed in body building and power lifting competitions as well as being a petrol head with an enviable car collection
