President, Professional Women of Colour Denmark (ProWoc)
Ifeoma is an certified executive coach and seasoned shipping and logistics professional, residing in Denmark since 2019. With over 15 years of extensive international experience, she has worked in various management roles across Africa and Europe. Currently, Ifeoma works at Maersk, a global leader in shipping and logistics headquartered in Denmark, where she holds the position of Head of Asset Strategy & Strategic Partnerships (ASSP) Academy. In this role, she spearheads a team dedicated to the learning and development of over 1,000 procurement colleagues worldwide.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Ifeoma is also the President of Professional Women of Colour Denmark (ProWoc). This non-profit organization is committed to providing networking opportunities and career development programs for women of color, enhancing their visibility and impact in Denmark.
An avid traveler and connector of people and ideas, Ifeoma is dedicated to facilitating impactful encounters and fostering new perspectives and narratives. She is deeply committed to mentoring and coaching professionals, equipping them with the tools needed for personal and career development.
