Bria Okonkwo is the Chief Executive Officer of AvanteFly a subsidiary of Avante Groupe LLC. Bria launched the AvanteFly App in October 2021 – the first African real time on demand technology on both android and IOS platforms with disruptive features, such as shared flights, AvanteFly intends to effectively turn private aviation into a mainstream travel option, with prices within the range of the average middle class. She is also the founder of The Lagos International Airshow; the first of it’s kind with the maiden edition in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace to be held in November 6 – 8th 2024 at the Muritala Mohammed Airport.A Kaizen-Spirited Executive with hybrid management skills and strategic understanding to drive businesses especially in emerging markets. Bria brings to the table a wealth of knowledge across borders and industries. She is a successful Entrepreneur and a prolific IT/Business consultant with an in-depth foundation in innovation and technology. With over 19 years of consulting experience for major international companies across various industries. Bria holds a BSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, MSc Communications Engineering from University of Plymouth and an EMBA from the prestigious London Business School. In addition to professional qualifications such as Prince 2, Business Analysis and ITIL amongst others. Bria possesses a strong business and leadership record with deep passion in women empowerment. A strong innovator abreast with new technology solutions and ideas which she has championed and helped various start-ups, she currently sits on the board of various companies.
