Abisola is a CX Strategist, User Adoption & Change Management Consultant with extensive experience in creating user-centric experiences across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her areas of expertise include customer experience, change management, project management, stakeholder and relationship management and training/facilitation. Before transitioning into the technology industry and moving into the Microsoft ecosystem, Abisola worked in bilateral trade. There, she helped organisations and C-suite executives take advantage of the Chamber’s value, and in the construction industry, she managed projects from ideation to execution.

Abisola firmly believes in creating successful experiences by understanding customer’s needs, expectations, and preferences. To achieve this, she has developed and implemented strategies that enhance customer journeys across omni channels and change management tactics that reduce resistance and improve project delivery. To broaden her knowledge as a lifelong learner, she is currently undertaking a certification at CX Academy, Ireland.
As a social change agent, Abisola is involved in The Makoko Dream Project, an urban slum regeneration project, and volunteered for Eagles HOPE Foundation, a resource-driven initiative to reorient teenagers. She was recently a Distinguished Panelist at the Global SDG Nugget Hour and has been nominated for the Rising Star Award by Women in CX. She has also been a delegate for the UN Women UK CSW 67 & 68.

In her spare time, Abisola enjoys being around art, a diverse range of music and books, and spending time with her family.
